Excellent service and quick to get through the work I requested. They were honest with me about whether or not to proceed with an expensive fix and recommended holding off as our vehicle was worth less than the fix. I appreciated that service was more important than business. Highly recommend

Luckily I had access to a friends vehicle to get me through. I contacted Neil and his team at National Transmission between Christmas and New Year. It was not the best time to get the news of the expense I was about to face, but Neil helped make it an easy experience. His knowledgeable approach helped me make the tough decisions. In the end, the work was done in a timely manner and the price did not creep as I understand it can in these situations. It's never a fun spend, but I highly recommend this location to at least make a confident choice.
