When you have transmission fluid leaking everywhere you know you have an problem… After calling 5 versions of my dealership they were across from my mechanics and could see my vehicle the following Monday (this was a Friday). Couldn’t have asked for better service.
I took the 2017 75th Anniversary Edition Jeep Grand Cherokee for a transmission filter and fluid change. Also, front and rear differentials. The drop off was easy, pick up as well. I got the car back and shortly later my own mechanic told me that there was a transmission leak still. I called Dan And made a second appointment. They had my car for about five days, fix the transmission leak and did not charge me a dime.. Very impressive. Greg.
