A few weeks ago while driving back to the Seattle area from a week long fishing trip, the transmission in our F150 went out, just outside of Medicine Hat. Daryl and the team at National Transmission were super helpful and worked with the warranty company to get a new transmission shipped up. When it arrived they got the new transmission installed quickly and I was able to fly in and finish the 21 hour drive back yesterday. I spoke with the warranty company this morning and they commented on how nice it was to deal with Daryl and his team. I highly recommend them if you have transmission issues.

I can’t say enough good things about National Transmission in Medicine Hat. My son and I were making a cross-country road trip and the clutch in our car failed just west of Medicine Hat. The tow truck driver recommended National Transmission so we took the car there. It was only 7am, but the owners, Darrell and Glenda, were already in the shop getting ready for the day. Before they officially opened at 8am the problem was diagnosed, an estimate provided and the parts ordered. The repairs were completed and we were back on the road by 3p the next day. And the labour portion of our bill was actually a bit less than the original estimate. A rarely seen case of “under-promise and over-deliver”.
