These guys are awesome. Highly recommend for anything transmission related. They did a total overhaul on an old 2002 GMC of mine and it's never ran so smooth. 6 months in and 20k+ later and it's still running just as smoothly. Thank you team!

The customer service here is the best! Brock and Case are both personable, knowledgeable, and so helpful. Brock went out of his way, literally, with a site visit that allowed me to get home safely, and the follow up work at their shop has been great. Highly recommend.

They quickly and honestly diagnosed my transmission problem, and did not charge me for diagnosing the issue when I elected to buy a used transmission instead of having mine fixed.

Highly recommend Arash and Neil. They worked on my classic truck which has some drive line adversity. They were careful with the truck, communicated effectively and very far in the work. Great workmanship and will be top of mind for any future needs. Thanks guys!

I have an older, small C Class RV (1988 24') that I purchased about 2 years ago. It seemed to me, to be running fine last season, however when I first bought it I took it to another shop for a "Once over", they assured me all was good except I needed a new serpentine belt, great, I replaced that. The rig was always a little bit loud and used a bit of coolant, but in my mind I thought its old, I had it checked, should be good. This June I took it on a road trip to Saskatchewan (1500km round trip), and on the way there for about 5 mins, it sounded to me like the RPM's were quite high (No tachometer on the dash), but it settled out and I continued on. However on my return trip, the "noise" returned and would not go away, so thinking it was my transmission not shifting, I limped it for about 90mins with my hazards on down side roads going 60km to the campground for the night. The campground was about 10km of gravel road to access, so when I left the next morning, I had planned out a route I could limp home for a very long journey. However to my surprise when I again reached the highway, the "Noise" was gone. I still took the "backroads" home in case trouble arose again, it did not. Upon getting back to Calgary, I booked the rig into the same shop I had taken it when I bought it. They had it for about a week, charged me 2.5 hours of shop time, told me there was nothing wrong with the transmission, they had only found a rotten vaccume hose and replaced that, and the chirping from my serpentine belt was likely nothing to worry about, was just age as it did quiet down after driving for a bit. I drove home (I am not far from their shop). I few days later as I was preparing to go camping I went to fuel up, and thought I'll go for a drive just to make sure. Unfortunately the noise was still there, exactly as it had been, I was furious - did they not test drive after repair? I called the shop and am still waiting for a return call.
After all this, I booked in with National, I dropped it off on the agreed upon date and within 2 hours they called me back after taking a test drive to let me know the "Noise" was a seized/Seizing fan clutch, but indeed my transmission was ok. I was relieved at that to say the least; but very upset the "other" shop did not diagnose properly. I gave them the go ahead to replace the part and also asked them to give it a quick once over as now I was concerned things were missed. Once they received the Fan Clutch and pulled things apart for install, they also found a radiator leak, and a bad fan pully. I thanked them for finding those items as well and asked them to be replaced. I picked my rig up 4 days after dropping it off, all repairs made at a very reasonable price, and shop time charged (hint - not alot more time charged than the shop that did nothing). They took it for a 30 minute test drive before I picked it up to ensure everything was good. They were excellent at answering all my questions when I picked it up, they were very kind, thoughtful, and treated me very well.
I am absolutely more than satisfied with the service at this shop, and it will be my go to for anything mechanical with my RV or truck.
*Note - I hate to put this out here in 2025, but alot of shops still try and take advantage of females, I assure you, this is not the case here. They truly care about their customers, their safety and ultimately their satisfaction. They even called me to follow up to ensure I was happy.
