I went in very confused as my van has been throwing various codes over the last year, most of them transmission codes.But only when it rains, LOL Darrell went above and beyond in researching what the potential problem might be. He deserves a Guardian Angel of the Month award, not joking! So inspiring to experience real old fashioned customer service in these times, and very rare. He has 100% of my vote for being an authentic, caring, person with "real" reasonable thoughts in a apathetic scattered world.

This shop helped me out in a very difficult situation. Long story short, someone tried to steal my truck and destroyed my ignition and steering column. This shop, and their locksmith Jeff Ellerbreck went above and beyond. He tracked down a steering column, replaced the ignition switch, and replaced my broken door handle. They accommodated me out of province, and the cost was much lower than expected. Thank you Jeff and thanks to the whole National Transmission shop on 23rd Ave! You guys do amazing work!

My transmission started to slip about 2 weeks before I was going on vacation. I called national transmission and explained my problem with my car. It was determined that I needed to replace my transmission and it had to be ordered and shipped. I then explained that I was on a time crunch and worried about having to cancel my vacation. They quoted me the price of a transmission and reassured me it could be done in time. Well needless to say the transmission was replaced at the quoted price and done on time. Great job team! I would have givin this place a 5 star rating but 13 days later it was time to get a re-check done on my vehicle. I stopped by and they test drove my vehicle and said it was running fine. I asked if they were going to put it on the hoist and check the fluids and for leaks and was I told its a sealed unit and not necessary unless it was leaking. I feel for the money spent and the reassurance that there isn't any small drips that can turn into a leak, it would be worth the 10 minutes to put it on a hoist and give the customer the satisfaction of knowing they take care of you before and after they get your money.

This is a excellent shop to take your vehicle to. I had the Transmission Fluid and Filter changed here on my Sierra 1500 with the 8speed and it was great to see that they ordered the most up to date fluids from GM (No bulk oil is used here) and it was completed in only a few hours. They even left my truck on the lift and showed me all that was done. I would highly recommend this shop over a dealership

Cannot say enough good things about this shop. I dropped off my wife's SUV to have them check out a slipping trany and they found out it was something else and took the car over to another place were it was repaired and now runs great Thanks you guy's you are the best ! ....Cheers .
