MY SAVING GRACE! why this matters so much.... i am a single father of 2 young boys, life is busy and hectic every day. i am so dependant on my vehicle to do many necessary things day to day. when my transmission went in my van i called a number repair shop i was directed to speak to Brock at the 14th street location. he assured me that he could take this problem off of my hands. Brock understood my urgency and organized an affordable rental car for the short period my car was down.a few days later i got the call that my car was complete. the car worked perfectly! and i was back to the race. i cannot express enough gratitude towards Brock and his team for treating myself and my vehicle with the most care and respect i have seen in the auto repair industry in a long time. Thank you!!

3 weeks after purchasing a used SUV my O/D light came on. I took it to National Transmission and unfortunately I needed a new transmission. Arash explained everything to us and he explained all of our options and we decided to have our transmission completely re-built. Since then the truck runs great and I think it will now last us quite a few more years!! Also - last week, my power window broke when it was -14 outside and Arash squeezed me in on a super busy day to at least get my window up and secure it for me so I wouldn't freeze!! I would definitely recommend National Transmission, they are friendly, professional and explain everything really well so you understand exactly what is going on with your vehicle!

Absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend dealing with Brock at NT on 14th. He was very helpful, explained in detail what was wrong with my car, what the cost of repairs would be and kept me up to date with the work being done on my car while I was out of the country on a business trip. The final bill was exactly what I had been quoted. By far the best service I have ever received in Calgary.

National transmission is probably the best service shop in town! From the moment I spoke to Arash on the phone to the time I picked up my car, they were nothing but professional, courteous, knowledgable and timely. The owner actually drove me to the airport after I dropped off my car. How many other shops would do that? First class. I would highly recommend them!!

I brought my car into National transmission with transmission problems and was so happy I did. After calling around and talking to a few shops I then called National transmission. Brock took my car for a drive and explained everything to me. It was so great as a woman to feel comfortable with taking my car to a shop for repairs and know that I was treated fairly. The time and cost was reasonable for the repairs done and the customer service was great! I would definitely recommend National Transmission for car repairs.

I originally went in to get my transmission fluid changed for my 2003 350z, that was just the start of my problems. The car had synchro problems in 3rd and 5th gear Arash explained it to me very professionally to me and recommended replacing the entire transmission. Once I had given the go ahead they replaced the transmission only to then find out the clutch and flywheel were both in need of replacing. Once again I allowed them to do so instead of paying to do it later. All was well when I got my car back. A few months later I brought In my 1999 Toyota 4Runner for some rear end issues. They consulted me with the issues at hand and once again Arash gave me several options including what would cost the least/most. The fixed the problem for a fair price. However the person who actually worked on the vehicle broke several bolts and a brake line, they explained to me they did everything they could to avoid these issues. This is a good shop with good techs and very good service I'm very happy with the work done here. My advise would be; be ready to pay more than you were expecting, you do however get what you pay for. I would recommend this shop to anyone

So long story cut short - I'm from out of town and my transmission failed whilst towing a trailer on the highway. So I went to NT spoke to Brock and asked if they could repair quick - they said it would take 2 days and they needed to start now - so Brock organised for me to borrow another truck to pull my trailer free of charge and then recommended somewhere close to put it. He then spent 2 days rebuilding it and delivered it on time and on budget. This type of good honest service is not available anywhere else! These are real decent people that try their hardest to make things work for you - and for me they worked miracles. Highly recommended to any and all +++++++

Brock and his team treated me extremely well. I had my car towed to the shop and they keep me in the loop in regards to what was wrong with my car and also the time frame that I would be without it. I have and will continue to recommended this shop to my friends and family due to the communication, pricing, and quality of work.

National transmission did a fantastic job! My transmission was making a strange noise and I was curious as to the problem. I went for a drive with Arash and he quickly diagnosed the problem. I needed a full transmission replacement and they helped handle everything with my warranty company. Arash provided excellent customer service, he was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgable. I would like to thank them for all their help and would recommend them to anyone with transmission issues!
