I own an automotive repair shop, and Brock & his team are my "secret weapon" when it comes to transmissions. Brock really knows his stuff and chances are, if I call him about a transmission problem, he's seen it before. He makes us look like diagnostic all stars because I haven't yet come across a difficult transmission problem we couldn't solve together. In many cases, using Brock, I can offer my customers a better quality repair than even a brand new transmission would provide. This is because he will go a step further than just repairing the transmission, and will often improve or "beef up" the common problems or weak areas as well.

They were very prompt and professional and fixed the transmission perfectly. It's been almost a year and the transmission is still working great. The only nitpick I could possibly put against these guys is that my car smelt like oil inside for about a week afterwards. A little airing out of the car might be in order.

I have a 2010 audi a4 that had developed turbo issues shortly after purchasing it. In going through Global Warranty, National Transmission is one of their approved repair shops. In taking my car to National , Neil and Arash were great in accommodating me as turbo work is not their regular business. Arash did an excellent job on the repair and in dealing with Global Warranty. The new turbo has been working great since then. The customer service was top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially with a Global Warranty.

2011 F-250 Super Duty. I have never had a vehicle with a transmission problem of any sort ever. So, to say I was concerned about my transmission leaking was an understatement. Working with Neal and Arash was fantastic. Every question I had was answered. The level of communication was exceptional and the work preformed was thorough. They had me bring it back after a week of driving for a follow up inspection. The next time any vehicle of mine requires transmission maintenance or repair, Neal and Arash will be getting the call. I can't say enough how thrilled I was with the experience.

Brock did well in rebuilding my transmission on my Infiniti G35X and was at least $1k lower in price than the Dealer. The next day after I picked up my car from National, I experienced trouble with the transmission. I informed Brock about it and he took me back in the next day and fixed it within one day. Turned out it the new problem was caused by something else unrelated to his initial work. I would recommend others to bring their transmission problem to this store on 14th St. My only issue with this store is they need to improve on his communication skills with the customer and keep them inform of the work in progress.

MY SAVING GRACE! why this matters so much.... i am a single father of 2 young boys, life is busy and hectic every day. i am so dependant on my vehicle to do many necessary things day to day. when my transmission went in my van i called a number repair shop i was directed to speak to Brock at the 14th street location. he assured me that he could take this problem off of my hands. Brock understood my urgency and organized an affordable rental car for the short period my car was down.a few days later i got the call that my car was complete. the car worked perfectly! and i was back to the race. i cannot express enough gratitude towards Brock and his team for treating myself and my vehicle with the most care and respect i have seen in the auto repair industry in a long time. Thank you!!

3 weeks after purchasing a used SUV my O/D light came on. I took it to National Transmission and unfortunately I needed a new transmission. Arash explained everything to us and he explained all of our options and we decided to have our transmission completely re-built. Since then the truck runs great and I think it will now last us quite a few more years!! Also - last week, my power window broke when it was -14 outside and Arash squeezed me in on a super busy day to at least get my window up and secure it for me so I wouldn't freeze!! I would definitely recommend National Transmission, they are friendly, professional and explain everything really well so you understand exactly what is going on with your vehicle!

Absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend dealing with Brock at NT on 14th. He was very helpful, explained in detail what was wrong with my car, what the cost of repairs would be and kept me up to date with the work being done on my car while I was out of the country on a business trip. The final bill was exactly what I had been quoted. By far the best service I have ever received in Calgary.
