This place is busy! So busy a person could expect to get the kind of treatment that they don't need your business. NOT THE CASE, Everything about my experience was more than professional, close to being treated as if I was part of the family!! I am a loyal person, Neil and the rest of the employees have earned all of my business and now I definitely see why it is so crazy busy at this transmission shop, they are earning everyone's loyalty!!

We had a broken transmission in our motorhome and were without much hope to be able to afford the repair. Then we landed at National Transmission at this guys did a fantastic job. They worked hard to get us back on the road on time and they stayed in the budget we discussed. Moreover we could park on their ground til the repairment which helped us quite a lot.We were set up with electricity and water and that was so much more then we could expect. I just arrived into town from BC when my transmission died. National Transmission went above and beyond to get my van get back on the road as soon as possible, knowing that I had to be back at work. On top of great service & expertise, this shop is all about integrity. My car went in last week with what we thought was a beyond repair transmission. Turned out not to be the case, instead all it needed was the lug-nuts tightened on a loose wheel. Whew! They could've easily changed out my transmission & charged me the $4k+ it would've cost me & I would've been non-the-wiser, but they didn't. Instead they did what needed doing to get me on my way safely and nothing more. If I ever do need transmission work, this is the ONLY place I'll take my car.
