They went the extra mile to look for the part we needed (personally went to pick it up), and advocated for us to be able to get back on the road in good timing. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a reliable and hard working team that you can fully trust.

I was by myself with my 2 children and they helped in everyday possible, including transferring my bulky care seats from one vehicle to another. If there is any place you should go to, it's this place, very friendly as well!!! I dont think I ever left a mechanics feeling this confidenent in their work!

Our trip across Canada ran into a problem and Darryl at the Medicine Hat store was so very accommodating and had us up and running again with friendly courtesy and service. So much appreciated.
Can't say enough good things about this company. Darryl and Glenda are amazing and I would recommend anyone who needs transmission work to go see these wonderful people. They truly care about their customers and stand behind the work they do. All around great customer service!
