My friend had her transmission go and she had her Equinox towed to the NE shop. Neil and Arash were very professional and clear on what was required in the repair. They also went above and beyond assisting with other car related issues that was not necessarily their responsibility. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of repair.

Car broke down on a trip out to Elkwater and through AMA we had our vehicle towed to the Canadian tire near national transmission. In the morning that I called national transmission they offered to pay for the tow from Canadian tire to their shop. In addition, they made my vehicle a priority as I was out of town. Throughout the time that my vehicle was being fixed they were very easy to deal with and open with was going on. An excellent group of people to deal with. They even gave a bit of a discount on labour costs due to some unforeseen complication that arose. Thank you so much for your service. Cheers

I recently took my BMW into National for a routine trans service. While the car was in the shop Troy and the guys took a look over the car and found a few major safety concerns. They documented the issues and advised me right away. The fact they took the time to insure me and my loved ones safety at no extra cost was very impressive to me. I look forward to the next time i need car repairs as i’ve found a honest and competitive full service shop!

You could find something wrong with your transmission and go on a vision quest to every holy site across our vast world to retain the knowledge of forgotten gods to get it fixed. Or you could cruise down to National Transmission on Barlow, ask Neil to take a look and get a straight answer with honest prices. Honestly I have always cautioned away from transmission shops but after thinking we needed to buy a new transmission (and were ready to) Neil told us we didn't need a new one at all, and it wasn't even the source of our problem. Him and the shop fixed the problem anyways, saved us upwards of 2k and sent us on our way. 20/10.

Brock and his team were great to work with! I came in with my Jeep Patriot after another garage told me that I needed to replace my catalytic converter and transmission. Had some transmission slipping so believed this was what needed to be done. After Brock test drove it, he told me Catalytic converter and transmission were completely fine and I just needed to replace one of the Ignition coils and spark plug. I decided to replaced all 4 to be safe and also got the transmission fluid changed. Brock saved me from potentially spending thousands of dollars of service which wasn't even needed! Jeep runs great again after service. If anyone ever needs a second opinion on anything transmission related, I highly recommend bringing your car to these guys. Will trust them for anything transmission related in the future. Thank you!!
