They provided me with a variety of options when my transmission died and gave me a great price on a new one even though I had the installation work done by family. When I picked up the new transmission, Arash gave me a list of next steps with very specific instructions to prevent any confusion. When returning the old transmission, they reminded me to bring my vehicle by for a free inspection. They checked over the work, showed me where there was a potential small problem (there wasn’t) and even fixed a minor rattling problem outside of the transmission when it was on the hoist. They also provided their standard warranty and offered for me to check in with them any time if something wasn’t working. Will be recommending to friends, thank you National!
