Dan was absolutely accommodating after he did a diagnostic on my transmission and found out it needed further repair. They let me keep my truck there safe and sound until a decision on my end was made. The work was done quickly and I received a fair bit of information and advice. Brock and his team helped he out when I was in a huge pinch. I was working out of town and I had to have my differential worked on. Brock was super accommodating to my situation and very understanding with my end of difficulties. He did great work and kept me in on the loop every step of the way. I have gotten my vehicle back since and have nothing but good words to say about this. Very reasonable and transparent on pricing. I would return here again if anything more came up with my vehicle or future vehicles.

I went to National to have my transmission checked out as I was concerned there may have been a problem due to what appeared to have been some hard shifting while in hilly country on a recent long trip. Arash took the car for a road test and also checked some of the diagnostic codes. He felt that there were no issues with the transmission at all, and the codes indicated that the engine had some misfires that would have probably given the impression of a hard shift. In the end, there was nothing wrong with the transmission, and National didn't even charge for the time they spent diagnosing the problem. Truly great service!
