I brought my older ford pick-up in after it wouldn't shift into gear one morning. I knew there was something wrong with the clutch but I wasn't sure exactly what it was. I got it towed to their shop that morning, and Troy called me at 2 o'clock that day with a diagnosis and quote. By 2 o'clock the next day it was ready to pick up. They did a great, timely job, and clutch feels excellent. Thanks to the boys at National!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at National Transmission. I had brought my BMW to the dealership, who told me that I needed a new transmission and that this would cost me $7300. Wanting a second opinion, I take my car to Brock. He determined that it was a computer/sensor issue, not a transmission problem. He explained the problem to me in detail. Following up with BMW, I took it up to the Shop Foreman, who later admitted that they were wrong. Brock went above and beyond to recommend a better place to take my BMW to get this issue fixed and even set up an appointment. THANKS BROCK!

Was very impressed with the service. Don't know about these people complaining on here, seems more like they were expecting unrealistic time frames. Really, 2 hours? I doubt anybody would tell them that they could drop it off and have it looked at and diagnosed in that time frame. My vehicle was looked at the day after I dropped it off and ready to go the day after that. They kept me up to date with every and the price was very reasonable. I will be calling them again in the future for another transmission issue.

I just got my 2000 Honda Civic back from National and I have no bad things to say. I dealt with Troy at this location and he was friendly, helpful, and seemed to know what he was talking about. I brought my car in yesterday afternoon with transmission problems and despite having a full parking lot I had my problem diagnosed (clutch needed replacing) and fixed within 10 working hours of dropping it off. All right before a long weekend. The first estimate that I was given was only $7 off from the final cost. Troy even took the time to lead me through the shop, which appeared to be very clean and orderly, to show me my broken clutch and explain where and why it broke. Overall I had a great experience and will absolutely be a return customer for any and all of my transmission/clutch problems in the future!

I bought a 2nd hand truck and the tranny blew up after a few months. Brock and the guys rebuilt it and it has been running strong for over 3 years and lots of miles. I have always felt confident with their service and advice. I actually trust them, hard to find a mechanic like that these days. I have used them for repeated service, diff and transfer case service and oil changes. I cant fault them and their prices are reasonable. They must be doing well to to expand to a new place across the road. If your looking for transmission service don't look any further. these are your guys!

Very happy with the service, Eastside Chrysler quote 3200 for repair on my rear diff. after discussing the problem with Neil from National Transmission I decided to bring my vehicle to National. Neil kept me up to date on the repair and the costs. He was very informative as to the service that was needed. Also they didn't try to up sale me when I asked for a bigger size of transmission cooler. After spending several thousands of dollars at several mechanic shops, I think I've found a keeper. Total cost for my diff repair 1200.
